                        <title>Post-Pandemic Healthcare Workers: A Comprehensive Bibliometric Evaluation of Psychosocial Impacts and Health Management Strategies</title>

                        <jats:p xml:lang="en">Aim: This study aims to evaluate the scientific literature on the psychosocial impacts experienced by healthcare workers in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic using bibliometric analysis. Methods: A systematic search was conducted in the Web of Science database using keywords such as “COVID-19,” “healthcare workers,” “psychosocial impacts,” and “health management.” The inclusion criteria consisted of English-language research articles published after 2019 and indexed in SCI, SSCI, A&amp;amp;HCI, ESCI, and SCI Expanded. Articles lacking accessible full texts were excluded. Bibliometric analysis focused on keyword co-occurrence networks, co-authorship patterns, leading institutions, and country contributions. Results: A total of 6,341 articles were identified. The findings revealed a significant increase in research attention to topics such as mental health, burnout, stress, and workload among healthcare workers, particularly after 2021. Frequently occurring terms included “mental health,” “burnout,” and “psychological distress.” International and interdisciplinary collaborations also increased. Key contributing institutions included Harvard University, King’s College London, and the University of Melbourne. Conclusion: The COVID-19 pandemic substantially heightened the psychosocial burden on healthcare professionals. The growing body of research underscores the importance of global cooperation and interdisciplinary approaches to promoting mental well-being and resilience among healthcare workers in the post-pandemic era.</jats:p>
